I watched your spot for the first time and you actually sound like you have the same philosophy I have in my restaurant.right down to changing steaks which we have done recently from 11.oo striploin to 5.oo sirloins both 10 oz .same pricing on my menu 29.oo.return huge even on our 23.oo steak nite I still have my margin when I discount. This alone has allowed me an additional 13000.in profit a year on same sales.not to mention .25 cents on pop.change a couple appetizers that were wallet heavy on my end to lower cost apps.with same cost to consumer.we sell about 9000 schnitzels a year with another 1.oo increase..thanks for your show I will watch more.james burton
